Many Glasgow Rangers fans have been left lauding some injury news on Filip Helander.
Speaking in his pre-game press conference ahead of their game away at Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership tonight, Giovanni van Bronckorst has revealed that Helander is ‘outside on the pitch again’, and that the club are ‘slowly bringing him back to fitness levels’.
The Dutchman is hopeful that Helander can return to training this month.
The Sweden international has not played since having winning goal against Celtic at home earlier on in the season at Ibrox.
Helander has ranked highly among his teammates in terms of average tackles (1.7), clearances (four) and blocks (0.3) per game in the SPFL this term (WhoScored), showing how vital of a player he is to the team.
